KozCottage sits on a quiet stretch of West Lake Road, where Keuka Lake opens up and the vineyards begin their slow climb up the hills. We opened our doors to offer something the big lodges never do — a place that feels like it was made for you, not for a schedule.
Our rooms are kept simple and clean, our grounds are kept peaceful, and our only real policy is this: make yourself at home. Whether you're passing through the Finger Lakes or returning to it for the tenth time, there's a chair by the window with your name on it.

Each room is thoughtfully appointed with the essentials — comfortable bedding, natural light, and a quiet atmosphere that makes staying in feel like the plan.
Wake to the water. This room faces the lake with expansive windows, a comfortable king bed, and a small sitting area for morning coffee.
A quiet, warmly lit room opening onto our garden path. Queen bed, reading corner, and direct access to the outdoor space.
Extra space for longer stays. Separate living area, full-size bed, and a modest kitchenette — everything you need to settle in.
